Ellis Wright & Ewegen is experienced in preparing estate-planning documents for all sorts of clients, regardless of their financial situations or their family structures. We enjoy helping our clients plan for the future and adjust their estate plan in light of significant changes in their personal and professional lives.

Some clients are starting with no estate plan and need a package that includes a will, medical power of attorney, and other basic documents. Others have more complex financial situations and may need a living or testamentary trust to manage their assets.

Many clients come to us because they need to update or replace an existing estate plan in light of a major life change. Marriage, divorce, retirement, the purchase of a home or other significant asset, the birth of a child, or changes in their professional lives are all excellent opportunities for our clients to review their estate plans.
